中文課程簡介 |
本課程教材主要係以Sedra / Smith教授所著“Microelectronic Circuits”為主，並以 Floyd教授所著 “Electronic devices”及授課老師自編講義為輔。教材內容係以基本電學為基礎，介紹電子元件特性、模型之建立與分析與電子電路應用，並配合電子學實驗培養基礎分析及實驗能力。本課程教材共分為二極體原理及操作、電晶體原理及小訊號模型、場效電晶體原理及小訊號模型、頻率響應、反相與非反相組態、差動放大器。 |

英文課程簡介 |
Electronics I is devoted to the study of electronic devices and basic circuits. It starts with a concise introduction to semiconductors and pn junction. Then the bipolar junction transistor (BJT) and the MOS transistors are introduced. The structure, physical operation, terminal characteristics, models, and basic circuit applications (analog and digital) of the various types of the devices are studied. We also study the operational amplifiers, their terminal characteristics, simple application, and limitations. |
